Terms of Service

By accessing or using MCPity Animation Studio (“MCPity Video,” “the Service”) at video.mcpity.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. MCPity Video is part of the MCPity creative production platform and shares account infrastructure with MCPity Studio (mcpity.com).

MCPity Video is a writing-first animation studio that enables creators to produce animated episodes from story descriptions. The Service uses AI-powered image generation, Blender-based compositing, and voice synthesis to transform written stories into animated content.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.
• Your MCPity account works across all MCPity products (Studio, Video, Motion).

• MCPity Video uses a per-episode purchase model at $29.00 per episode (up to 1 minute).
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD.
• Purchases are non-refundable once episode rendering has begun. Contact support for issues with incomplete renders.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all stories, character descriptions, and creative inputs you provide to the Service. You also retain ownership of the final exported animations and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

AI-Generated Assets: Images, animations, and voice audio generated by the Service are licensed to you for use in your projects. You may not claim the AI models themselves as your own intellectual property.

Our Content: The MCPity brand, interface design, documentation, and proprietary technology remain our intellectual property.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that depicts minors in harmful, sexual, or exploitative situations
• Create deepfakes or non-consensual likenesses of real individuals
• Produce content that promotes violence, hate, or harassment
• Violate intellectual property rights of others (e.g., generating copyrighted characters without authorization)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload the Service
• Resell access to the platform or share account credentials

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any purchased credits.

MCPity Video allows you to connect your own API keys for third-party services (e.g., image generation, voice synthesis). When using BYOK:

• You are responsible for any costs incurred on your own API keys.
• We do not store your API keys in plaintext. They are encrypted at rest.
• We are not liable for charges on your third-party accounts resulting from usage through our platform.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. AI generation services depend on third-party providers and may experience occasional delays or outages.

MCPity Video is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCPity shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or creative work. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
