MCPity Animation Studio (“MCPity Video,” “we,” “us”) collects the following categories of information when you use our platform at video.mcpity.com:

• Account Information: Email address, display name, and authentication credentials when you create an account.
• Content Data: Stories, character descriptions, shot prompts, generated images, and exported videos you create using the platform.
• Usage Data: Feature usage patterns, generation counts, and interaction data to improve the service.
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers directly.
• Technical Data: Browser type, device information, and IP address for security and performance.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the MCPity Animation Studio service
• Process payments and manage your account
• Generate AI images, animations, and voice synthesis on your behalf
• Ensure character consistency across your projects
• Send important service updates and security notifications
• Analyze aggregate usage trends to improve the platform

When you generate content using MCPity Video, your prompts and descriptions are sent to third-party AI providers (including image generation and voice synthesis services) for processing. We do not use your content to train our own AI models. Generated content is stored in your project workspace and is accessible only to you.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service Providers: Supabase (hosting/auth), Stripe (payments), AI generation APIs, and cloud rendering services, strictly to operate the platform.
• MCPity Ecosystem: MCPity Video shares authentication and billing infrastructure with MCPity Studio (mcpity.com). Your account works across both platforms.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

Your project data (stories, characters, shots, exports) is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete individual projects or your entire account at any time. Upon account deletion, your data is purged within 30 days.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication via Supabase Auth, row-level security on all database tables, and secure payment processing through Stripe.

You have the right to:

• Access and download your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
